Residential architecture has always been a passion of mine, and understanding and working with my clients to create and provide homes that you can retreat to after a hard days work or relax on the weekend. A home your proud of and enjoy living in.

Renovations, extensions and new houses are often only undertaken once, however when our clients have looked to repeat the process they will call us to assist. We are straight forward with our views and clear in communication, offering great design suited to site, brief and budgets.

Before we can prove a fee for your project, our director Gary Windiate will visit you at the site to better understand the brief, the budget and the time frames you wish to work with for the project.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Before working with an architect is good to have a clear understanding of your brief and what you are looking to achieve as an end result. Items that you can obtain to assist in this would be the land title, a sewer plan, copies of any easements on the property as well as a list of any existing issue you may be experiencing in the home, for example bouncing floors, leaks, poor water pressure, areas or rooms that achieve great sunlight or excessive shade. All of these can assist in the early design stage.

We specialize in residential design, whether its a renovation, an extension or a new house. Over the years we have developed the skills to explore the complete house and make sure all aspects of the house have been considered, using clever storage ideas to make sure no space is wasted.
