Commonly we will be performing small jobs for customers such as a patch up and fix and the biggest question we get asked is if we can complete more work or do an entire renovation or something related to this. Our answer is yes we are able to complete the work and if we cant we will let you know one of our trusted and most used tradespeople that can.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Accepted Answer

As every job is different what is required will also differ. Generally a site inspection is needed as well as a measurement, some sketching and some photos of the work areas/work required. We need to know this for materials, timeline planning and type of trades to hire.  Also the location, the number and email of each customer.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1) Get multiple quotes and ensure the concept of cost v quality is well understood - this will save money and time later if the trades person makes any mistakes that need to be fixed 2) If you know what you are doing, try some DIY work - however never perform work that requires a license. 3)Search for building materials online - for example second hand bricks (that are clean, or ones that are new and haven't been used). This can save you thousands.

We may be able to lower the initial 10% booking fee to %5 for our customers and clients. We can also lower prices while discussing and can itemize quotes for you at your request.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Fixed price and percentage by completion at stages  A 10% booking in deposit is required before works can commence.  We can suggest best prices and advise best practice on what building materials to use in order to assist you when designing, building and budgeting.

Full scale home renovations, but also small renovations jobs. Essentially we do everything related to home renovations. We also can do handyman work
