My instrest in Tiling began in my early years of work experience at high school and stuck with me. I knew I was going to do this for life.

Late 2018 I completed a large scale staircase which can be seen in my photos. 50 lineal meters + of hand mired 1200 x 900 granite tiles. Tapering over 1200mm from top to bottom.  It was hard but the finish was worth every minute!

1 - Research and decide on what you want from your project prior to starting.   2 - Preperation is the key: don’t cut corners and skip on other trades. It may take longer but it will save money in the long run.   3 - Tiles can be pricy. Be sure to shop around.
