Yes. We totally warrant / guarantee our work. We unfortunately do not warrant materials sourced from some  other suppliers that we do not deal with.

Hourly Rate - No call out fee. We charge for our plumber to travel to your address and on site.  Will we be able to supply materials and what sort. - We we supply and we only use materials we know will last. Do we give Pensioner Discount - Yes we do

We work on the same principle if we personally booked the job and was waiting for the tradesman what would we expect and how would we feel if it was us waiting with no notification of being late.

Weir Plumbing and Drainage have been in business for over 50 years. Three of our tradesman have worked for Weir plumbing for 30 years. Now that is dedication and a lot of knowledge

We need to attend site. We need all information on what you would like quoted on if you are not attending at the time of quote. Photos sent to our office. A phone number we can call if you are not on site when we arrive to ask any follow up questions

Make sure you have the exact information when you ring in regards to the problem Good directions if you live out of town  Send photos of the problem you have

We know what we are doing. We warrant what work we do. We have been doing this for over 50 years

We charge by the hour. A service call is an hour. After that is per 1/4 hour. We do not charge call out fees

We do all Plumbing and Drainage. We service and sell  Sewerage Treatment Plants from Clairview to the Whitsundays and out to Moranbah
