  please read real experience at below link http://goldyhomes.blogspot.com/2009/02/dissatesfied-customres-from-goldy-homes.html I am very sure that all comments written here are from goldy homes representatives and not real people.Anyway i know approx 10 cased where its been a very bad experience.

  When we first decided to build with Goldy Homes we were a bit worried since we did not know much about the builder. But they were highly recommended by the vendor of the land that we purchased. We are posting these comments today because of how relieved we are that we decided to build with Goldy Homes. Just before the building commenced we had to temporarily move interstate for work purposes and since then the building has progressed without any delays and our house is now in its final stage of completion. We are very happy with how the work has progressed and more importantly the quality of the work that has been done. The builder has frequently kept us up to date on the progress of our house (understanding that we are interstate) over the phone and by e-mailing us photos. We feel very lucky to have decided to build with Goldy Homes.

  My partner & I had so many difficulties securing a house & land package, even with the First Home Owners Grant. A friend recommended us to Goldy Homes. We have never looked back since. In fact, we are looking to purchase other properties through Goldy Homes. Our block (Lot 510 Gallery Avenue) is located at Arnolds Creek in Melton. Both my partner & I have been impressed with Goldy Homes & the time & effort put into establishing our new house. All the staff at Goldy Homes are wonderful to deal with & offer nothing less than total commitment. We highly recommend the team at Goldy Homes & look forward to further building projects with them in the near future.   My brand new home is in the process of being built with Goldy homes. Lot 40 Sandra court in Point Cook. I have been so grateful for all the time and effort that Goldy homes has provided me from day one. Any questions that I have put forward have been answered and dealt with.
