• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  We are fully insured. We take the greatest of care when at your property to avoid any damages but unfortunately from time to time the worst can happen so we are fully insured to cover against any loss or damages that may happen. To help protect yourself if you have any valuable and or fragile items in or near any of the rooms to be cleaned it is a good idea if you move them to a safe place before we start work. We offer a full satisfaction guarantee which is valid for 7 days if your not happy for any reason we will come back and fix the problem. to ensure you are happy with our work we will always offer you the chance to inspect the work areas before we leave so we can rectiy anything immediately.

• What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

  Some of the questions a customer should ask are questions I have already tried to answer on here. Is your work Guaranteed? (think hard about hiring anyone who will not offer a written guarantee. mine is in writing here and on my website but if a customer wants a written guarantee ask me at the time of booking and I will happily provide one) Is your quote a fixed Price? (As long as you have given all the relevant information your quote price should not go up.) Are you insured?
