I first need to know what the customer wants and expects, there goals, so I can understand what I need to do to help them achieve their goals. Often what there budget is, so I can advise them as to what they can expect and how we can plan to get the most from there budget.

How, why, where, and don't be afraid to ask questions People. Get the right people for the job. They will have the right staff, the right tools and the right materials for the job.

I believe my experience in the industry over many years has given me the skills to accurately estimate a job and therefore no need to over quote because I'm "unsure" of the time or materials involved. I have a large network of suppliers that I can buy products at very competitive rates.

I normally visit your home, business or site and discuss with you your needs and wants, I will then prepare a plan and quote for you to look over and if need make any changes. Once approved that quote will not change unless you make any changes.

Probably my key areas are paving, retaining Walls, Fencing and irrigation. I can pave your driveway, paths, patio or pool areas. Concrete sleeper, block or rock retaining Walls. Fence off your yard or new house, plan and install an irrigation system that suits your needs
