  The batts for our ceiling insulation have now arrived and been installed successfully. After an initial misunderstanding with Wade all is now good I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. My understanding from Wade about the other negative review is that this was about somebody else completely. Also going from my current good experience with Wade, I believe it can be safely ignored.
