  I would strongly advise caution when considering Vic&Aus Construction, specifically dealing with (owner). Although he communicates well initially, don’t be misled by his friendly demeanor. My experience was that he began the project with an underquoted estimate. Once the job started, he began delaying progress and claimed it was costing him significantly more than expected. This led to repeated requests for additional payments, despite the initial agreement. Even after paying him a total of $22.5k out of the original $37k quote—and being asked for another $2.5k—the project is still less than 50% complete. Rahim has now stopped responding to my messages, blocked my number, and is refusing to complete the work. Please think carefully before hiring him, as my experience has been frustrating and financially damaging.

  Hi there I’m also strongly not happy with this customer. Because he’s lying to a-lot ,showing me extra jobs than out of my quotation. And he doesn’t want to pay for it. I charged him for retaining walls. Fencing and make leveling all area of the house front and back. And of course he paid $22.000 but I have spent $27.000 which is included 6 days excavation and he didn’t pay for my 6 days excavations. And even 2 trades left the job before I started anyway thanks Nimesh for giving me bad comments. And I have done more than what you have paid me to do.
