We are fully insured and WorkCover compliant.  We have a clean working history with WorkCover. We rarely experience any issues with our clients, but if an issue was to arise we would aim to resolve it quickly and fairly.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Are you WorkCover approved?  Are you insured? How long will it take to do the job? Do you handover a completely clean site?  Will the waste be disposed of at approved waste facilities?

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

The most common question we get asked is:  'How long will it take' . It takes just a few days to knock down an average sized house, shed and remove the driveway to the Council section.  It then takes a few more days to sort the rubbish materials and deliver to the approved waste disposal sites.

We have decades of experience and are a family based business.  Our overheads are low.  We provide a fuss free service.  Very experienced and qualified Site Supervisor.

Our team consists of seasoned professionals, who have many, many years experience on all types of jobs and work site conditions.  When you work with us you will benefit from our decades of contracting experience.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We need the site address and what will buildings will be demolished.  Do you need excavation or works?. Does the building contain Asbestos (you may or may not know - we are qualified to identify Asbestos).   Has Council issues you a Notice To Demolish the building.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

It is best if the site owner has all their Council Approval paperwork at hand.  We do offer a Document preparation and Submission to Council service to Western Suburbs clients ONLY.  Council Approval takes time and if a site owner already has this, they will avoid delays.

We are competitive due to our experience and low overheads. Our experience enables us to correctly estimate all aspects of the proposed job.  We believe that we offer very fair prices, and our clients verify this.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We require a deposit to commence works and payment at completion of the job.  We issue Tax Invoices compliant with the ATO & GST requirements.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialize in all types of demolition works as well as concrete/formwork.  Previously we have constructed commercial factories, small shopping centres and industrial warehouses throughout NSW. We have worked with most Western Sydney Councils and meet all their OH&S requirements.

We have decades of commercial, industrial and domestic experience.  We are experienced in commercial and industrial construction as well as excavation and demolition.
