  The cleaning job was done great. But don't think they are very ethical in doing business. Was told initially that the price was $80, and they had someone come approx. one week before the job was scheduled to 'inspect the place' as they claimed. The inspection was less than 5 mins, and was re-scheduled once as they failed to show on on time on the first occasion, and they advised they thought the 'inspection' was at another time. At the second (aka the only inspection) we asked if the price is gonna be $80 as they have always told us $80, they said 'yes'. Then on the day of the job, we were charged $90. Spoke to the worker on the day, and was advised their boss told them the price should be $90. Tbh, it's not really about how much we are paying at the end, it's just that's not an ethical way to do business. If the price is always gonna be $90, we are happy to be told initially, not being told on the day that they were gonna change us more. We believe when it comes to business, it's about one party accepting what the other party is offering. Like if we don't not like that we were being asked $80/ $90, we would have gone with someone else. vice versa. Again, no problem with their cleaning, as it was done pretty great. But the attitude of doing business was so unethical. Will definitely avoid and go somewhere else next time. All the best.
