Working in an Aged Care Facility recently, whilst clearing a Sewer Blockage, we found in amongst the debris cleared from the line an expensive piece of jewellery. We cleaned it up & asked around & found that it had been lost some time ago by an elderly resident & we were able to return this to her.

As much information about the project as possible, including information about the hardware, the issues, the objection and required outcome.  Information about water points, previous works, previous problems and a full brief of what is expected and required before commencement.
