Yes we are an insured business and always keep our insurance current. We are Level 3 registered professionals with Fitness Australia.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

We walk the talk, we absolutely love training and love making a difference to people's health and well-being for the better. We are big on prevention rather than cure and then followed by sustainability for a life time.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

We find our clients very inspiring. In particular, we have a mother of four who works full time and manages to train 3 times a week when not traveling. She is in the best health she can possible be in given her busy schedule and a great role model to her children and fellow employees.

Helping people to achieve optimal health and wellbeing no matter their challenges. Especially when they achieve things they never thought they could, especially in terms of their fitness and strength or making a full recovery from a prior injury that was holding them back.

Check that your trainer of choice fulfils the following; - is registered with Fitness Australia - is insured  - has completed senior first aid - their experience - you should never be locked into contracts

We have an in-depth screener which all clients need to complete before they start training with us so as to provide them with the best possible tailored service to meet their needs/goals.

We have over 25 years combined experience and most of our existing clients have been with us for over 10 years.

Our average client has been with us for 10 years plus. We are great at what we do and are very reliable and professional. We are convenient, we come to you.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We have no contracts, so you are not locked in. We only have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Payment is by EFT. We also have the option to purchase packages at a discounted rate.

We specialise in outdoor training, are mobile and come to you. We specialise in functional training, creating a strong healthy body and mind using a huge variety of equipment.

We have over 25 years experience between us with proven track records as well as degree qualifications and 18 years health care experience. We are level 3 Fitness Australia registered professionals (the highest level). We have all our insurances in place as well as current first aid at all times.
