When they came out to quote, they looked at the carport gutter and offered to fix it for $20 right there and then. While they fixed the gutter, they noticed that the carport gutters were full of rubbish, and cleaned them too. I offered to pay for the extra work, but they refused. These are really decent guys, who aren't out to rip anyone off.
