  Rod started on the agreed date and kept within an acceptable time line to completion. Work was done on time and to a high standard. Rod was happy to pass on any trade discounts for vanities, taps, tiles etc to assist us to keep within our budget. Rod's quote was the most reasonable of several. The finished product is exactly what we were after. No compromise in quality of work. Workers were very pleasant and accommodating and were always mindful to place drop sheets down in traffic areas over our recently laid carpet. All in all, a fantastic outcome! Well done Upstyle!

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY/GUY. He took on a job for us while unlicensed (do your research!) and after already paying $8500, the job is not finished and he is refusing to come back. I've had other contractors coming to quote to finish/fix the job and confirmed the flooring was done incorrectly (no mesh so the tiles are cracking) which means... The whole floor has to be pulled out (again!!) and our brand new tiles are gone (we can't get them anymore). Also the 2 showers were fixtures were installed correctly (and the niches not tiled very well). I have contacted fair trading who advised this is not the first time it's happened with this company. This will go to court if it has to but I hope this review can help you NOT make the wrong decision (just because they are nb 1 on google doesn't mean they are good, just that they pay a lot of money in advertising to be at the top) :(

  This Customer was impossible to deal with . Just one of them people that no matter what we done she looked for problems. It went to fair Trading and we finished job . There where no issues and we completed work.
