We guarantee that the client will end their transaction knowing that they have been provided with a professional service covered by our insurance. We guarantee that the client will complete their Conveyancing transaction satisfied.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Love anything to do with property. I keep an eye out for what houses have sold and what the local market has to offer. I just knew that Conveyancing was a field I wanted to be in.

Recent customer who purchased an investment property there was a last minute issue with the bank that required the client to provide extra funds on the morning of settlement. The client had to get to work in Wallan by 11.30am, I met him at the bank first thing at 9.30am, collected the cheque from him. Client was happy at the fact that I had dedicated time that I really did not have to help them out.

Professionalism is my number priority and supplying the customer with a service they deserve. I feel great appreciation when a customer has provided great feedback that the transaction was smooth running and that all their questions were answered. My motto is that there is no such thing as a silly question!

-what are they purchasing? A stand-alone house, unit, townhouse or land. this will determine their disbursements on each file and quote will be provided accordingly.

Whether you are buying or selling, ensure that your quoted fee includes everything and you are made aware upfront of what you are paying for. Cheaper quotes -make sure the Conveyancer is not cutting corners and ensure that a cheaper Conveyancing fee does not cost you later in legal fees!

Ultra Conveyancing offers fixed price services, meaning that the cost quoted includess all work, title search, certificates and settlement attendance for a standard conveyancing matter, there are no hidden fees or charges for client. A non-standard conveyancing matter can be a purchase or sale of a unit/townhouse/apartment- where the additional fee of $176.00 is payable for the Owners Corporation certificates.

How do you normally charge for your service?

fixed fee for all conveyancing services. Only item not included in this fee are Owners corporation certificates which are charged separately.  Invoice is sent to client closer to settlement and payment is required on or after settlement day.
