  Amazing experience with the guys at Ubershape. Had amazing results with my 12 week program, and loved working with Coby and Carol for both my diet and training programs. THE most genuine, knowledgeable trainers I’ve worked with. Just like family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  Top quality trainers and nutrition advice. It has kept me on track and motivated towards my goals. Its a fun environment and you can make friends there too :) I look forward to my sessions every week especially when I know that I am going to be pushed and challenged every time I go. I love it !

  Uber Shape has been my saving grace! Ever since signing up 3 years ago, I have seen and felt my body transform to its full potential. I always used to train at the gym but never really got anywhere, as my body was too used to the same old workouts. I now look forward to training every single day, with a great group of people that motivate me and keep me accountable. Coby and the team have educated me on all facets of nutrition, which I never understood before and I have learnt so many tips to assist me in living a healthier lifestyle. They offer all the support and tools you need to see results and crack into your goals. I love the variation of strength & circuit workouts, as well as the declisious meal suggestions they offer - makes getting your measurements more bearable in the long run. Thanks to Uber for making me look & feel great!! Highly recommend!!
