  Tyiler did a small concreting job for us back in March 2023. There were multiple issues with the work, firstly the concrete is not at all level or straight, it pools water and has no run off. Secondly, despite us paying for 3 coats of sealant, he did 2 coats, and got sealant on our bricks, retaining wall, fence, gas meter, and electricity box. He then left all of his rubbish on our front lawn (planks of wood he was using to walk on) and disappeared. Despite dozens of attempts to contact him, he's not answering any of our calls. He's also avoiding calls from the Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria. He's still advertising on various service sites, including this one, and still responds to quote requests, so he's definitely still around, he's just avoiding us. I know of multiple other people who have also had the same thing happen to them. We're still (a year later) preparing legal action, so I highly recommend finding someone else to do any concreting work.
