  Originally went beyond expectations. Then went under expectations. Last time didn't do edges and hardly took any length of lawn. No correspondence back from complaint. Unfortunately won't hire again.

  Carol tried to mow her lawn by herself the last time, in between my regular lawn moving of her yard. In doing, so made an absolute mess which I took photos of. Then expected me to return and tidy it up without any payment. When I said no she turned sour with her communications with me, as I was unable to fix her mess of her yard.
