  Gaff, was excellent from quote to installation. Nothing was too much trouble. They put in a very long day to complete the instal in 1 day. Unfortunately gaff did not return to put the master on a separate circuit as promised, in fact it appears not to be connected at all. Our room stifling in summer & now freezing in winter. After several unsuccessful attempts to get gaff to come fix I will be contacting fair trading to see how I can get this fixed. Do not hand over funds unless fully complete & tested I know I won’t in future.

  From initial quote to final installation Gaff provided excellent service. He checked the old system to be replaced and thoroughly explained his recommendations.
