Terrible job done, rude management when complaint was made. had the scotia fixed twice in a couple of month due to coming of the wall. had me waiting for a day with no contact that they wouldn't be coming followed by coming out the following day to tell me they don't have the equipment and will come back with a suggestion they will 'putty the gap' Was told that a specialist had to do the step which cost me an extra $800 and the specialist did a terrible job, didn't line up the corners and left big gaps in the scotias, had to call him back the following day. After the flooring was placed information came to m on how to look after them which I had concerns du to a swimming pool, in response I was told /I was common sense how to clean this flooring'. suggesting I was lacking it. i would recommend using any other company than trevors in willeton.
