Being an operational business it is essential that I do have insurance. I am fully insured with $10 million liability. I also offer 12 months warranty on all work carried out

Meeting new people everyday. The daily challenges that I face. Everyday is different. Different people want different things and achieving that gives me the feeling of fulfilment and self pride. I love what I do!

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

-What they want & What they have. Very important. Need to work out if the two are compatible together. -Where the work needs to be carried out. Your location can depend on factors like what antenna to use. -The type of building it is and what its made from. e.g. a tin roof uses a different antenna mount to a tile roof

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Do your homework. Research. Speak to the people who deal with the products everyday. If you are building a home contact an AV installer and see what they suggest. eg. Why put the only power point in the lounge room behind where the TV is going to be wall mounted? Where is the power for the DVD player that's below. Lastly, think about how you use your entertainment at home. Do you need a Smart TV if you are never going to use the Smart Features? Save yourself some money and get a non Smart TV. You can always buy a Smart Blu ray player down the track if required.

What makes your pricing competitive?

I'm not a franchise, I'm an owner operator. I believe in affordability for everyone and I'm not into ripping people  off. If I can make a dollar from what I love doing and the customer can save a dollar from letting me do it, its a win, win.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

I do have a service called an "On Site Assist". This is a half hour appointment where I can come out and test your system, diagnose the problem and price it for you to repair or replace. The cost for this is $60.  All jobs however, are priced according to the customers requirements.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I really enjoy doing an Antenna Installation as well as TV wall mounting. Its an awesome feeling when you get to a customers house and they know what they want and you can get give it to them, completing their room.

I have been in business since 2011 and have gained valuable hands on experience in this time. I have my cabers licence which is essential these days
