  My Otto is a 14 year old labradoodle. I have always personally groomed him but since he developed dementia he does not want me to do it and he became very matted. Efraim was incredible. I was sceptical that Otto would cope but Efraim read his body language and treated him with respect and Otto responded. With Efraim’s care, Otto coped with the full 1.5 hours of grooming. 5/5!

  ***Highly Recommend***Wonderful Service***Reasonable Pricing*** As I had specific requests due to my little girl being a rescue and coming from a background of abuse and neglect I was particularly careful about who I was going to entrust with washing and grooming her as she can be easily frightened. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw how Efraim had the ability to make Lolli feel comfortable almost immediately and when finished she was beautifully tidied up and clean. Efraim had taken extra time and effort with this booking and was reasonably priced. Lolli spent the next couple of hours afterwards almost prancing around and very proud of herself, as I was too. Thank you Totally Groomy. **I didn't hesitate and have already booked Totally Groomy for next month**
