Our boutique studio offers a variety of personalised classes and one on one Personal Training sessions. Our Pilates Barre Studio offers Ballet Barre, Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Balance, Dance Barre, Fit for Fifty and Pilates with small apparatus such as the Arc, Core balls, Fit balls, Foam roller, Sliding Discs, Magic Circle, Resistance bands, Weights and sticks. Additionally we offer Group Fitness classes where the trainer guides you through every workout which includes Step, Barbell, Boxing, Core classes, Mini Trampoline, Hit it Up, HIIT and Tabata. In our PT studio it's all about Strength and Conditioning in our RIPPED classes focusing on functional movement. Each and every class feels like a personal training session as class sizes are limited and our highly qualified trainers bring years of experience and knowledge to each individual client. We offer FREE CRECHE for all our members. Packs, Contracted and non-contracted membership options to suit everyone’s lifestyle.
