  Scratched My TV - Went Slow To Milk The Hourly Rate - Gone DownhillI used Top a few years back and was very impressed. This time not so much. As soon as the movers were left unsupervised, they went on a 'go slow' to milk the hourly rate. One of the guys hooked up our machine washing (I know he didn't have to) but it wasn't done right and flooded everywhere. One of the movers was moaning about everything and just had a poor attitude all round. I then discovered that they scratched my brand new 75 inch tv. I have emailed the company to let them know as they claim to be full insured. Let's see what happens. They have gone way downhill unfortunately, whilst there prices have increased!

  Highly recommend these guys. I had Jordon and Luis on Saturday 14th Aug to help us move to a 2 storey, 3 bedroom house. They arrived ready to go and nothing was too much trouble. They were careful but efficient. They both worked really well together and didn't stop until the job was done. Thanks so much!
