Hi Lucas, only just noticed this review. Sorry to hear you were not satisfied. Your vehicle was not drive-able as it was stuck in 4wd - this was repaired with a brand new transfer case actuator, enabling us to put the car into 2wd (which you were charged for, also no labour fee was incurred). The next issue was the faulty 4wd computer located under the passenger seat, Great Wall no longer manufacturers this and after trying several of wreckers we were unsuccessful in obtaining one. You were given photos and part numbers in case, you managed to find one. We did all we could, sorry again.Kris
