We are an insured business so, if there are any breakages or theft etc we are covered. The cleaners are self employed where they require their own insurance.

Meeting different people. The positive feedback after a cleaner has done a good job. It's is rewarding to have a satisfied client and keep that relationship ongoing.

Once a client is on board with Time For You we offer ongoing support. We follow up after the cleans to see if the clients are satisfied. Our cleaners are reliable, and consistent with their cleans as well as police checked.

We offer an ongoing service with a personal touch. We first meet the customer then introduce them to their new cleaner that's been interviewed in their own home. We follow up with the customer to see if they were satisfied.

We need to know if the customer prefers weekly or fortnightly cleans. Where they live? If they are happy for us to come out and give an estimate.

The customer will be saving due to our very competitive rates. They will be satisfied with our service where they won't need to spend money searching for someone else. We only charge $32.90p/hr incl where the customer will save by us giving them an ongoing service.

Our pricing is very competitive  We receive a lot of leads and have kept the same pricing since we started with no increases.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We operate a bit differently where the clients pay two separate payments. The cleaners cash in hand on the same day of the clean or, direct debit whatever, is arranged between client and cleaner. Time for You have a trusted bank merchant Ezidebit where a quarterly automated payment is arranged.

Domestic cleaning is our main focus however, we do take on one off cleans and cleaning of holiday homes on the Mornington Peninsula.

Previous cleaning experience is ideal however, we do provide training for all cleaners. Cleaners need to be trustworthy, honest, reliable and consistent with their work. We select our cleaners very carefully.
