  Tiemens Plunbing Service installed our new wood heater in an outdoor area. Rene responded promptly to our add, followed up with a courtesy call, the quote was competitive, the job was booked in our preferred time frame, a courtesy confirmation txt was received the day before installation, Rene was punctual on the day, discussed the installation process, cleaned up after the job ( and even removed the residue of the promo sticker off the front glass of the wood heater), gave advice on using the heater effectively and the compliance certificate was even sent through on the same day !We would definitely recommend Rene from Tiemens for a professional job and would use this company again.
