  Would not recommend this place to anyone after the experience we have had with Varsha. . Contact review- very unhappy with due to the amount of changes that were made from the first original one. . Contact signed by myself and husband and emailed back to them and then they say they never received it on 22 June 2020 until 7 July 2020 and even after that changes were still getting made to contact right up until now. . This company knows nothing about Probate of a deceased estate at all and has delayed our process by a few months now. . Lack of doing there job in lots of areas and had to arrange myself or would not be done. .fail to contact the real estate agent back after a number of calls and emails. I was told that is not part of their job description when it is. . Lack of response to my emails and calls for updates. . Still have no settlement date yet due to probate process not sorted out yet. . The $899.00 showed on their suit is also not the same quote that you get in the email from them it’s almost $1,500 instead So not worth the money they are trying to change when the customer is the one who is doing all the work for them and will be talking with company about the price of this work getting done. Not a happy customer at all and stay clear of them because I will not be coming back here again for a conveyancing company Big thumbs down

She is amazing in her work, communications and explanation of the review she conducted on my contract and very prompt in negotiating the conditions with the vendor solicitor.
