It boils down to the time it will take to complete the job. Any ground work takes time and cost money. Access to installation points might be easy and quick and therefor cheaper than having trouble getting down cavities or lower level points in high set properties

If the customer want to do any assembly of parts themselves, this saves me time and saves them money Customers can purchase the parts (lights etc) to save a little bit Anything time consuming that the customer can do to save money might be worth the effort
