  Our home is timber construction, from deep in the ground, to the very top. Our builder chose Vander Construction to take care of all the woodwork. From setting out and sinking the first of the massive stumps, to cutting in the door locks, They did it all. Foundations, floors, framing, cladding, lining, decks, verandahs, staircases, balustrades, window sills, skirting, fitting carpentry, etc, etc. Every facet of the team's work was done with the same exacting skill and diligence. I was onsite, throughout every phase of the build. I watched every nail and screw go in. Good enough was never good enough for them. The care they took to ensure that the finished product was excellent, showed at all times. My wife and I are thrilled with our dream home. We worked and saved very hard for it. We chose our builder carefully. We made him aware that we were after quality. He ensured that we got what we asked for through contracting Vander Construction. We have recommended Vander Construction to other people we know and in our town. Thanks to Rick and his wonderful team.
