  Tony is a unique tradesman. Tidy may be the underpinning logo, but this guy is a lock surgeon. It really was theatre watching him diagnose the problem and use all his skills and ingenuity and persistence to get a great result. (a lock with a broken handle return spring) I gave Tony a second task to reconstitute a door handle mechanism with an ‘impossible’ surclip to reattach.... which Tony did by deepening the lock with a drill. Tony is a perfectionist, and never a quitter. Definitely a 6 star performer.

  I have an NRMA "Easybiz Tradesperson Certificate Of Insurance" policy. I provide a quality workmanship guarantee, that if I have not completed a job correctly, I'll come back & fix it for free.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I constantly saw shonky workmanship when it came to door hanging, handle & lock fitting. Most carpenters were good at the general house building but when it came to doors & locks, obviously more careful skill work was required. I enjoy this type of work!
