I have been wrapped with Mike's service. He was really quick to get back to me and book in a time to look at my bike. As far as I could tell all my bike needed was some air in the tyres but after taking a close look, Mike discovered a few issues that needed fixing up which he sorted out for me straight away. I went out for a ride the next day and felt so glad I could trust that my bike was now in good working order. Thanks Mike, I'll definitely be getting you out for the next service.
Frequently asked questions
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
The Rapid Wrench Melbourne is fully insured by GIO Business Insurance. If something goes wrong during or after the service with your bike you can count on the work and your possessions being fully covered. If you were to be involved in an accident after us having serviced your bike, your person is also fully covered
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
How business started Mike quickly became so passionate that he entered the bike industry. GoldCross Cycles was Mikes training ground for 2 years in sales and mechanics. Once Mike's skills developed, he started receiving requests from friends and family for bicycle servicing at his home workshop. What started off as just a helpful hand became a real business incentive, as people were quite happy to pay Mike for his expertise. As word of mouth spread, it quickly became a job after hours. The number of return customers and referrals brought Mike a steady stream of work, which would later develop in to his own business.
