  had them for my bond clean. I must say that they know their job. 2 cleaners were there for 5 hours as they discussed. arrived on time left after 5 hours. everything was up to the standard. didn't get any complain form my agent. happy to refer them. Thanks guys

  NEVER EVER use them. I had a clean and they said it was more than they thought it was going to be. When I got the rental agency to look at the place to get my bond back they said it was not clean enough. The total cost was $550 and they would not come back and fix the cleaning up to the standard that the rental agency required. They also managed to break the range hood and one of the wall units when they cleaned them

  Dear Stephan We have all the proof that says that whatever was discussed , was provided. Your property was absolutely filthy when we got in and that's why you agreed to pay more. The quote we had sent you ,clearly says that the quote applies to the average condition of the property. We got in touch with your real estate and they were asking something which was never included in the quote and you know it. If anything we did and was not cleaned properly, we would have surely turned up. Thanks

  Booking the job went well and dealing with the service manager initially was good. There were scheduling problems that caused some trouble but, in the end, the cleaning team did a good job and we got our bond back in full with no problems from the agent's side.
