How quickly can I get my job? We print most of our common products every single day, so for many jobs you can have your print delivered to you just 3 days after ordering (and less common products usually only take 1 or 2 extra days).

Customer service is our point of difference. We are willing to take a look at any job, to accept any type of file, to investigate any requirement and explain the various options. Our team are friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. We’re here to help you get the print outcome you need.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Size (dimensions of the finished product).  Quantity (how many do you want).  Stock (paper or card type and thickness).  Extras (laminates, folding, stitching, foiling, etc).

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Accepted Answer

To save on artwork setup costs, you can provide your files "print ready". This usually means 300dpi resolution, in CMYK colour space, with 3mm external bleed (and 3mm internal buffer for important content like wording), ideally in PDF format. We can help you understand these technical aspects if you are doing the artwork yourself.

5000 DL Flyers on 150gsm gloss artpaper for $200.  2000 DL Cards on 350gsm satin artboard for $250.  5000 A6 Postcards on 350gsm satin artboard for $295.  5000 A4 Folded Brochures on 150gsm gloss artpaper for $450.   All full colour both sides, including GST and delivery to anywhere in Australia.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We are not a global print giant, so you may find prices slightly cheaper online with the faceless juggernauts, but our prices are still very competitive, and you get to deal with a real person, in Australia, who really knows about print. We can answer your questions on the phone, email or you can drop in to one of our office for a chat if you like. We can help you understand the different print products, how your files need to be set up (or set them up for you), and provide updates as your job progresses.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Payment upfront are our standard terms, or on account after successful application. Depending on the customer, we may agree on part deposit and remainder on completion.

Cards, flyers, brochures and booklets. We print them every day. Our quality is fantastic and the turnaround times are impressive. Whether it's 1,000 or 50,000 we can do them fast and with a premium quality result.
