Edited: I am not sure why I am being called "rude" and "unruly" and I would love to hear the call recording of our conversation as I was VERY POLITE! I had originally rated them a 3 even though the complete quote not given for services asked and hence I could not make the right comparison between other quotes received and accepted theirs. I had asked for house clean (dusting as the place was already professionally cleaned and this was mentioned in my original request) + carpet steam cleaning and got the quotes for both services from others but DS Home and Gardens gave me a quote minus carpet steam clean and it was no where mentioned that steam clean is not included so I had no idea they had left that out. I was told they will take 3 hours to clean an already clean place and when I asked them would carpet steam clean be done within the same time Shelley pretended like it was the first time she heard of the carpet steam clean request and said she will have to quote again for this service and that will take longer. I politely declined as they were also not available at the time I requested. I am shocked to see such a response as below for a genuine 3 star rating and have rated them a 1 only because of the blatant lie and failure to accept an honest feedback given so they could give better service in future.21 Aug 2017
