  Fast, efficient, affordable and a decent human. Zeb knows his stuff but communicates in a way us non-geeks can easily understand… he talks to you, not at you .. and encourages questions and conversation and he obviously enjoys upskilling his clients as appropriate. The job took longer than either of us anticipated (data transfer and laptop setup) and went overtime but regardless, stuck to his original quote. The Original PC Mechanic will be the first and only person I consider for any and all future PC issues. I highly recommend
