I need to know how urgent the work is and what the budget is.  I also need to know a time frame. The other thing that I need to quote is am I supplying materials or materials and labour.

If the customer wants to save money they can get supplies before the job starts and while the job is going run to the hardware from time to time.

My pricing is competitive because I can do a wide variety of work and there is no need to get other trades involved.

I can work hourly or by the quote.  Being as I am very efficient I will leave the decision up to the client.

I have extensive experience in renovation and have managed many large commercial projects over the years.  I also can weld just about anything!

I have 30 years experience in the building trades!  I can do chippy work, welding, tilting and some plumbing.  I also do planning and decorating!
