We are Fully Insured for peace of mind and all of our Service is Fully Guaranteed. We provide you with a number of choices, Cleaning Credit, Refund or just come back and do the job all over again but better. Accidents or breakages are reported to the client/s. Any reportable theft are investigated.

Do you have a Police Check? and do you provide your own equipment and products? All of our Service Agents are vetted with a National Police Check as well as Working With Children Check. We carry our own equipment and provide our own cleaning products.

Are you a Private Cleaner or with an Agency? The Cleaning Agents Melbourne operates privately as a business. All of our cleaners and staff are qualified and skilled in their trade. We would never facilitate the service of an agency that has not and do not know of our systems and procedures.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Potential Clients needs to be very detailed in their request and answer. Provide us with the requirements, number of Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Living Areas and anything in between. Most quotes are fairly standard so we can easily quote on the job over the phone when given enough details of the job.

A good start is to ensure that we're there to clean and Not Tidy Up. This takes time from your service and means a good service clean is to ensure that: * Toys, clothing and any loose items be tidied up. * Keep "Dust Collecting Items" to a minimum so we can dust all surfaces. * Go get a coffee.

We have an incentive for the number of "Keep Customers" that we are recommended to. Customers/Clients that recommends us for every 3 New Clients which are repetitive ongoing service receives 1 Free Clean every 3 months and their pricing is capped for the life of their service.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We provide a very competitive and reasonable Pricing structure across our service. Our Minimum call our is 2 hours and will depend on the type of clean required. Our Service starts from $70 for 2 hours and would normally cover 2 bathrooms, up to 3 bedrooms, Living and Dining Rooms and Kitchen.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We provide a cashless service.  All works are Invoiced with a 5 day Term for Residential cleans and 14 days for Commercial clean. We prefer payments by Bank transfer although we also provide Credit Card facility which attracts a surcharge of 1.8% for each transactions.

All of our Service Agents are highly trained and experienced in cleaning. We expect no less. We follow strict Procedures and Time Management so we know that every clean is Above Standard. All of our Service Agents are Police Checked and carry a Working With Children Certificate.
