Will I be charged a call out fee or for your truck to travel to our pick up address?   NO  Do you charge hourly?  We have hourly rates, however your job will be charged on an half hourly basis.  Do you have a minimum charge?  Yes - 2 hour minimum rate unless otherwise discussed with the office/

Tip 1 - Have all loose items packed into boxes and ready to go.  Tip 2 - Disassemble beds, disconnect washing machines and empty fridges prior to the crew arriving.  Tip 3 - Move smaller items boxes etc to the garage or an easily accessible location.

Locals are charged on an hourly rate basis.   All rates are GST inclusive.  Why pay for the truck to travel from our depot tpo you? With Telford Removals there are NO travelling fees, call out fees or depot to depot charges!!!  Transit Insurance is included in all priicing which covers fire, overturn & collision.

All crews/staff are experienced in ensuring all furniture is wrapped correctly in furniture removals pads and plastics, which ensures your items are well protected.  The crews are very familar with difficult access including lifts, stairs and long tramps. Within the industry today, no access is too difficult for Telford Removals. All staff are well trained in all aspects of removals to ensure a professional service is provided.
