  I took my desktop computer to Royce in Spotswood on a Saturday morning. Although Techno Guys is only open to businesses on a Saturday, he willingly had a look at look my problem. Within 30 minutes he had the computer operating. He was able to explain the issues to me and make recommendations for a permanent fix. Royce is polite, attentive to the customer’s needs, efficient and techno savvy. His service rates are also reasonable.

  Royce from Techno Guys is brilliant in delivering the task assigned. He has great knowledge and was able to complete by task urgently. Throughout the work he communicated well to make me understand the issue with my hard drive and how recovery process work.
