  BEWARE. ROGUE LANDSCAPER The concrete he laid is terrible. Needs to be redone. He was also supposed to do concrete stenciling. Instead he painted with White concrete paint as a base Instead of epoxy mixture. Keep away Concrete Engineers report 4.​CONCLUSIONS: ​ It is our considered opinion that these works have been performed in and unworkmanlike and untradesmanlike manner with little planning or forethought and without due regard to the property upon which the work was performed. Correction of the existing situation will be inconvenient to you as occupants, extremely time consuming and expensive and the removal of much material will be required.
