  Really poor experience, soon having to chase the owner up for an invoice I was sent an invoice that was for much more than the quoted price. I tried to contact them further about the issue with no response. 18 months later out of the blue I get a passive aggressive email from accounts about the over due invoice. The carpet clean was also of poor quality and the cleaner left items at the house and took weeks to pick it up. In summary was a poor carpet clean and even worse customer service. My issue has still not been rectified dispute my multiple attempts to contact the business.
