  I was happy with initial call out but very disappointed a email saying they were not continuing with job with a excuse of warranty problems I would have been happier if I was told they were not interested in doing the job rather than stringing me on very disappointed

  The warranty issue is genuine as we are unable to do any installation only jobs without encountering warranty issues. I attempted to find an installer for the customer but was unable to do so. Apologies for the trouble.
