What makes your pricing competitive?

Rendering is a hand created finish. Rushing the application and the finishing usually results in a Level 3 0r 4 finish where trowel marks and indentations ( particularly where sunlight strikes the wall at an angle ) whereas a little attention to detail results in a level 5 finish ( flat and smooth ) which enhances the property ( and it's value.

Depends on the job. Usually we give a fixed price but may have to charge at an hourly rate plus materials
