  If I could give 0 stars I would I paid $399 for a bond clean, that comes with a bond guarantee. They did not do a thorough job at all, nowhere near the standard it should be, ie mould left in bathroom, kitchen sink not shined etc. I tried calling and messaging to get them to come back and they have ignored everything. We are now having to pay the landlord money for a new cleaner and extra rent until it’s finished - money that we don’t have spare :( and should not be having to pay! Do not book this company

  🚨 Warning About Swift Brisbane Cleaners 🚨 I had a very frustrating experience with Swift Brisbane Cleaners during a bonded end-of-lease cleaning. Here’s everything that went wrong: They don’t move furniture, leaving dirt underneath and claiming it’s not their responsibility. When I called them back to re-clean, the cleaner said he was doing me a “favor” by returning. Even after the re-cleaning, the kitchen floor, bathroom floor, and windows were still dirty, along with other areas. They claim to have done pest control, but I’m not sure it was actually done. The carpet cleaning was poor, and their overall attention to detail is unacceptable. They still haven’t sent me the receipt or the bond certification, which I need to submit to my real estate agent. It’s been three hours since I requested these documents, and I’m still waiting. This company clearly doesn’t deliver the quality or professionalism required for an end-of-lease cleaning. If you’re moving out, I strongly recommend avoiding them—you’ll save yourself a lot of frustration!   I went with this company because they seemed to be reliable and worth the money. I was told at booking that the job would be completed at 11am, on (the particular) Friday, before the realestate saw the property, I was called 30 minutes before the scheduled clean and was told the team was running 90 minutes late. After another phone call at 1330, I was told the job was not going to be completed. Informing them that it was required to be done that day, as it had been scheduled, another cleaning team was sourced, possibly from another company?? This team completed the clean later that Friday night, due to the fact they they were trying to complete the clean at night, the flooring and a few other things were not to the property managers standards. The real estate/property manager tried the email and phone numbers that I was given for the company, to ask them to come back and finish these areas under their "Free re-clean included as well in case your property manager has remarks under 7 days" alas, no response within the 7 day time frame, or after. I honestly believe that this company is not worth the price, the stress they put people (and their teams) under, by not sticking to a schedule, but also, because they do not honour their company policy. Due to the cleaning issues, our bond money was used to obtain another cleaning company to complete the job. Not impressed!!

  Fabulous, would recommend these cleaners without hesitation. Spotlessly cleaned our 5 bedroom house, including carpets, oven and cupboards. At a reasonable price. Very reliable and courteous.

  Poor communication and cleaning. Still waiting on a response to my query. Did not look like the walls had been touched, nor the skirting boards. They also took a plug and jammed another into the sink - both of which I have to pay for. The carpets did not come up as clean as had I have gone with a specialist. Another thing I had to pay for again. Would not recommend.
