  It's hard to know if a competitive quote was provided because when something breaks down it has to be investigated. Unfortunately, you have to pick a provider you think may be trustworthy. The fact that Sal from Surefreeze quoted a call out fee to find my problem and take that amount off the job cost if I hired him was what made me chose Sure Freeze besides my heater was not working and I was surely freezing.
