Ever since I was a child, I have loved having a tidy, organised and clean house and I loved helping my mother achieve this. I grew up and starting cleaning and managing people and I realised that I enjoy leading teams to deliver an outcome - in this case a gorgeous clean home or office.

A customer of mine, Kathleen, began using our services over 8 years ago. In this time she has become my mentor and friend and has helped me build my business through both referrals and also the mentoring. She is always telling me that I should aim high and take advantage of my ability to engage and manage people to deliver great outcomes. I also love the fact that I have seen her family grow up.

I love to see our clients satisfied with their choice when they begin working with Superstar cleaning and see the great job we do. I also like to see my staff develop and move into more senior positions.

A customer should be clear and provide detailed expectations about their needs and make sure that the service professional can really meet the needs in the quote. Customers are inevitably disappointed when the service professional provides substandard service to meet low price points and cannot deliver the right quality and detailed cleanliness. We never want to disappoint our customers.

Before presenting a quote to a client, we need to know the size, the conditions i.e: need extra cleaning, for example ovens, windows, fridge, tidying up cupboard etc.

All our clients usually let us know their priorities that they have on the cleaning. First a client should have  a deep clean, then just keep it weekly or fortnightly to maintain. if we keep doing this way their home will be often looked after.
