  Absolute disgrace. Don't use these guys. Blatant disrespect for other people's time. Katherine made contact with me to clean my holiday rental. Original meeting was scheduled to take her through the house so I took time off work and drove 1 hour from Melbourne only to have her cancel on text message as soon as I arrived at the house. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because she had car troubles however rescheduled the following week in which I also took time off work to drive down. While waiting at the house for our 2pm meeting I had a text message saying she would be 30mins late which I was fine with but 45mins later still no show. I tried calling 4 times to see where she was but no answer. I waited for 90mins just in case but no show and still no contact to apologise. I couldn't be more disappointed with a business if I tried. BIG THUMBS DOWN! In future if you genuinely want the job don't waste people's time!

  DO NOT recommend. Arrangements were made then after postponing the booking she didnt show, didn't bother to communicate she wasnt showing up. Disgraceful.

  Fantastic Job on my windows. after a great job on my windows I asked them to be my new house cleaner! First time they cleaned my house they were great, they did more than expected. I was very happy with the job they had done. Booked them to clean every second Friday. Last Thursday I texed to confirm Friday appointment. (no reply) tex Friday morning (no reply) they did not show! called to find out if they wanted to make another time. No answer .. They have done a great job in the past but have let me down! They had also not wanted to meet me and I felt uncomfortable allowing them I my home without knowing them. Trusting your cleaner is a big issue. My personal opinion is Dodgy!!! I hope I am wrong.... Oneflare should have everyone police checked. I hope I'm wrong as I did like they way they cleaned and am disappointed that I now have to find a new cleaner.
