How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I was working for the NAB in the city of Melbourne when an opportunity come, in the printing department one of the worker retired and the manager ask me if i want to become a printer I accepted so they sent me to the school of printing in North Melbourne to become an offset printer and the rest is history.

We have a variety of wonderful stories is very hard to choose a particular one, for us is when our customers come back for more printing that's and there are happy with the service and price that`s is is a very good story.

the most question customer ask is how much is going to cost this printing job, our answer is until i have all the necessary information is very hard to estimated the right because we don`t like overcharge customers.

what we do when the customer inquiry for a specific printing job, we ask the right question to make sure we quote the right price after customer approved thee quote we ask 50% deposit before commencing the work.
